OSTİM Education, Research, Development, Development and Solidarity Foundation
OSTİM Foundation was established in 1993 by OSTİM Cooperative.
The foundation's founding purposes are as follows:
- To create an ecosystem of education, research, development, innovation, entrepreneurship and cooperation to increase the management, production, innovation and technological capabilities of businesses in the region and Turkey, especially in OSTİM,
- To provide economic and social assistance among the members of the Foundation,
- To protect the material and spiritual assets of OSTİM and to ensure the sustainability of the organizations established and to be established in line with this purpose.
In order to achieve these foundation goals, OSTİM Foundation continues the following activities within the framework of regional and sectoral development targets:
- İTo organize training and practical education programs to train qualified personnel that businesses will need,
- To establish, take over and operate schools and educational institutions at all levels such as secondary schools, high schools, colleges, advanced technology institutes, faculties, universities and auxiliary institutions for this purpose,
- To cooperate with universities and domestic and international organizations that organize educational programs and to support them financially and morally,
- To provide scholarships to priority and successful students within the framework of the Foundation scholarship regulations,
- To establish innovative and technology-based competitive businesses, to develop and support the established ones,
- To take part in cooperation networks and organize conferences, seminars, fairs and meetings; to engage in all kinds of printing and publishing activities and to support all kinds of activities for this purpose,
- To develop projects and activities that will ensure economic, social and cultural cooperation and unity among the members of the Foundation.
OSTİM Foundation is a foundation that works for the development of businesses and sectors in Turkey, primarily OSTİM, and has successfully carried out vocational and technical education, employment, sector development, clustering, export, and multilateral project development activities by establishing various structures and collaborations to date. In this context, OSTİM Foundation has subsidiaries operating under the names of Proje Gelişim A.Ş., OSTİM Industrial Investments Operations Inc., OSTİM Teknopark Inc., ODF Fuarcılık A.Ş. In addition, OSTİM Foundation is conducting an investor partnership with ODTÜ-OSTİM Teknopark. OSTİM Foundation works in close cooperation with all Ankara industries, primarily OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone. The Foundation has prepared 123 projects in the last 8 years and successfully completed 67 projects with a budget exceeding 100 million TL.
