Project Development and Management Office

The Project Development and Management Office is responsible for developing projects for grant projects of university academics and researchers by designing and implementing value-added project management processes that enable researchers to focus on their projects in the most effective way. Our office aims to carry out the processes supporting the academic studies of our university and to ensure that the projects are carried out following the terms of the contract and the provisions of the funding institution within the framework of the project management principles of Ostim Technical University.

As the Project Development and Management Office, all grant programs, especially the following programs, are followed.

  • Informing those interested in the project, making announcements and presentations
  • Identification and orientation of suitable partners
  • Timely and complete preparation of applications
  • Execution of the contract process of applications
  • Managing project indirect cost and TÜBİTAK corporate share processes
  • Preparation of administrative and financial reports, annual, progress, final, and audit reports for projects; regular submission of reports required for external research funding
  • Determining the principles and methods related to the implementation of the projects undertaken by Ostim Technical University and establishing the necessary directives and procedures in this context
  • Conducting visibility studies
  • Conducting the processes related to the audits to which the projects are subject
  • Conducting the management of research projects funded by external sources of funding
