Evaluation of Applications and Results

The last date to apply to our university is 16th of August, 2019, and the application should be made either by mail or in person to the Student Affairs Department of our University. The student may apply for more than one program. Application via e-mail is invalid.

The evaluation and the placement of the prospective students are carried out by OSTİM Technical University. The university is free to fill the quota or not. Fulfilling the prerequisites for the application process does not necessarily require to be admitted to the university. For the admission of the prospective students, a list including the ranking within the quota and the program prepared by the commission appointed by the University are sent to the Rector’s Office.

Application results are announced on our website and the applicants are notified in written. The applicants who were accepted are sent an acceptance letter by our university. With their acceptance letter, the applicants must contact to a Turkish Consulate to get a student visa. After the approval of their applications, the documents required for registration will be informed to the applicants in their acceptance letters, and announced on the website.
